Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to apps, games, websites, and related services published by ThatFactory unless a specific product provides its own separate terms.
2. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using a ThatFactory product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
3. License
ThatFactory grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms and any applicable app store rules.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the product, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where the law clearly allows it, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate laws, or use it in a way that harms ThatFactory or other users.
5. Accounts and User Content
If a product allows accounts, saved data, uploads, or user-generated content, you are responsible for the activity associated with your account or submissions. You must have the rights needed to submit any content you provide.

9. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThatFactory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the product.
11. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ThatFactory for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for that product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
ThatFactory may suspend or terminate access to a product if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the product at any time.
13. Privacy
Your use of a product may also be subject to a privacy policy if one is provided for that product. Where a product has a separate privacy notice, that notice governs the handling of personal data for that product.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ThatFactory operates, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
ThatFactory may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a product after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
